why is there no one in the drive thru line with ipads during the last few minutes of breakfast. I know ur trying to avoid more breakfast orders. don’t go if ur in the 10:20 range. they will hide from you. this is genuinely the slowest chickfila i’ve ever been to in my life

I just had the best experience at this Chick-fil-A! The manager went above and beyond to be personable and kind, making my visit truly stand out. Exceptional customer service like this is rare, and it completely won me over. You have earned my business for life.

I think it’s almost impossible to have a bad experience at a chickfli but this one takes the cake of best experience. Picture this.. 10:15 breakfast drive through on MDW in the cold and rain but Tearesa (spelled completely wrong but my best thought of how she said it) was there slinging food and drinks. Anna who I spoke with on the drive thru speaker was also lovely and offered items when the one thing I ordered was out of stock. All in all they made my crappy morning a little bit better with the positive attitude.
